“Midnight at the Lagoon” by Rick Sullivan

30’’ by 40’’

Acrylic, latex, mixed media, and oil pastels on gallery canvas

$950

I work in non-objective abstract expressionism, exploring themes of connection, gravity and separation. I use lines, color and contour in dense and layered ways that won’t yield or conform with familiar constructs. I share my art with people because I appreciate the moments when they see the subtext…a discovered thought or feeling. I invite them to invest in art, any art that catches them…seeing the artist’s creation as something unique, existing physically through the artist’s voice and speaking only to them.
