Fabric
By Maddie Lawson
Using rit dye to build layers and using values rather than hues to denote and depth the piece becomes transient not yet ruined in reality. Recessed in a gallery frame lined with velvet, beveled mat cuts and gold all encased under crystal clear and anti glare museum glass invites the viewer to approach and look into this intimate moment.
