Varano is currently a second year undergraduate student studying at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Within their practice, they explore themes of body-mind-memory relations, emotional geographies, and the limits and freedoms of semiotics. They study across various mediums, including painting and drawing, sculpture, and fibers.
